What the app does

Natural helps you stay organized. You can sign in with Google to personalize your experience, view selected Gmail messages, and work with your Calendar events. Certain actions (like creating or updating calendar events, or sending emails) only occur when you explicitly request them in the app.

Privacy & Security

We access data only with user consent, use encryption to protect your data, never share with third parties, don't store content permanently, and allow revocation anytime in your Google Account permissions. Data is used only to provide in‑app features and is never sold or shared.

Why we request Google data

Authentication

Login (openid, email, profile): Authenticate your account and show your basic profile.

Google Calendar API

Our app requires Google Calendar API access for calendar management features.

calendar.calendars.readonly: Read calendar properties (titles, time zones, descriptions) to display user calendars accurately.
calendar.events: Enable users to create, view, update, and delete calendar events, appointments, and reminders with full synchronization across devices. Certain actions (like creating or updating an event) only occur when you explicitly request them in the app.

Gmail API

Our app requires Gmail API access for email reporting and monitoring.

gmail.compose: Manage drafts and send automated reports, notifications, and scheduled emails on behalf of users. Sending emails only occurs when you explicitly request them in the app.
gmail.readonly: View email messages and settings to track activity, generate usage reports, and monitor inbox status.

This homepage is public, static, and does not require login. It clearly identifies the app, describes core features, and explains how Google user data is requested and used.

Why we are requesting Restricted Scopes

Calendar Access

Feature: "Schedule meetings via voice/text."
Necessity: The AI needs write-access to the user's calendar to automatically create events requested during the conversation.

Gmail Access

Feature: "Summarize & Draft Emails."
Necessity: The AI needs to read emails (context) and draft replies (action) to fulfill user commands like "Reply to John."
